Each member of our team is a specialist in his/her field.
Raneem Koubaitary was born in Damascus on May 6, 1989. When she was in her early 16es, she volunteered at JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) and learned about Origami paper art.
Raneem finished studying Interior Design at the Applied Sciences University in 2012. In 2014, she began the practice of paper folding on a full-time basis, combining her interior design knowledge with her passion of origami and paper art.
In 2016, Raneem founded Qubatrus Art Studio in Amman.
Sahar Marwan was born in Amman on April 12, 1994. Origami became part of her favorite activities ever since her early 20s. She began working with Qubatrus Studio since its establishment in 2016, practicing paper quilling art, landscape design and products, as well as being a trainer in origami.
Sahar is a final year student in the Faculty of Architecture and Design, department of Cinematic, Television and Theater Design (Scenography) at Al-Ahliyya Amman University.
Kadar Fayyad was born in Swaida on March 23, 1983. Kadar is an expert trainer who worked in different countries, specialized in post-conflict areas. In 2010, Kadar graduated from Damascus University and then continued her master’s degree in 2014 in Special Education at the Amman Arab University.
In 2018, Kadar visited Qubatrus studio before becoming part of a few months after. She utilizes her leadership skills and international experience as the Operations Manager.
Ahmad Aqraa was born in Amman on June 16, 1990. Ahmad is a photographer and graphic designer who has vast experience working for some of the biggest international media and advertising agencies. He specializes in commercial visualization, product imaging and interior as well as exterior photography.
Ahmad graduated in 2010 in graphic designing. He realized the important role that photography plays in graphic design, and so focused his career on manipulating the interplay between the two to produce distinguished results.
In 2017, Ahmad began shooting for Qubatrus Studio, giving the products and projects different dimensions captured by his lenses.
